Who was Spyros Chalvatzis?

This is what validates the communist: the we and not the I. He remained upright until the end, refusing to accept that the defeat of a moment could cancel the need for society to move forward. He walked with those who insisted that history had not said its last word. The absence hurts, yet there is also pride for a life that was not wasted, for a great collective legacy that continues to live.
