When does the Stoiximan GBL season begin?
The 2026-27 campaign opens across the weekend of 3 and 4 October. Most games are scheduled for Saturday 3 October, with the two headline matches taking place on Sunday 4 October.
Olympiacos and Panathinaikos first opponents
Olympiacos, the defending champions, will start the season away at Iraklis in the Ivanofeio arena at 17:30 on 4 October. Panathinaikos will play its opening game at home against Vikos Ioanninon at the OAKA arena, with tip-off set for 13:00 the same day. These fixtures mark the first round of the Stoiximan GBL and set the tone for the new season.
Remaining round-one fixtures
PAOK travels to Mykonos on 3 October at 15:00.
